Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to warehouse dispatch by contacting customer care.

Once a cancellation request is confirmed before dispatch, 100% of the transaction amount will be refunded directly to the original payment source.

Online banking and UPI refund settlements are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days per banking regulations.

For shipments already in transit, delivery rejection will incur standard freight return charges unless initiated due to external box damage.
