Shipping & Delivery Policy

Avimax operates a nationwide appliance fulfillment logistics network across India through trusted freight partners.

All orders above ₹1,999 qualify for standard complimentary pan-India delivery. Orders below this threshold incur a flat ₹199 delivery charge.

Heavy appliances such as desert air coolers are packed with reinforced double-corrugated transit cartons with corner edge protectors to eliminate frame deformation.

Dispatch turnaround SLA is 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation. Expected regional delivery timeline is 3–7 business days depending on PIN code location.

Customers receive tracking alerts via SMS and email as soon as the consignment is picked up by the logistics provider.
