Return & Replacement Policy

At Avimax, customer satisfaction and appliance integrity are paramount. We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for transit damages and manufacturing defects.

In the rare event of transit damage or missing in-box accessories, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or video via WhatsApp (+91 74093 34477) or email ([email protected]).

Upon verification by our customer service team, an immediate reverse pickup and replacement unit dispatch will be scheduled at zero additional expense to the customer.

Products returned must be in their original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals, and included accessories intact.
